Sirma Solutions completed a project for the National Revenue Agency

Sirma Solutions successfully completed a project for development of an accessible for citizens and businesses integrated information system of the National Revenue Agency in accordance with the principles of e-Governance.

The project was implemented in the period 07.26.2013 – 21.05.2014, under the № A11-31-9/16.02.2012 contract between the National Revenue Agency (NRA) and OPAC. The main objective of the project was to improve the services provided by NRA for citizens and businesses and to improve the public confidence and image of the Agency as a modern, flexible and high-tech public administration.

As part of the project, Sirma Solutions performed activities related to investigation and analysis of the state of infrastructure, information systems and e-services provided by the Agency. The aim of the analysis was to determine the level of compliance with the regulatory framework and principles for interoperability and information security. The second phase of the project was related to the preparation for bringing the analyzed components in accordance with the above requirements and best practices. During this stage were created and coordinated key strategic and operational documents, including measures and recommendations for reaching the identified desired state.

Sirma Solutions has extensive experience in the implementation of projects under the operational programs of the EU. The project for development of an accessible for citizens and businesses integrated information system of the NRA in accordance with the principles of e-Governance was another successful experience for the company in the field of cooperation with the Bulgarian state administration. The project has been assessed as highly successful by both Sirma Solutions and the contracting authority NRA, which strengthened our reputation as a trusted and responsible partner, looking toward new challenges and opportunities for cooperation.
